Jack’s almost famous ice box fruit cake (Jack is in the chicken suit!)
(1.) Crush 1 box of vanilla wafers to a powder and put in a large bowl.
(2.) Cut up maraschino cherries in to quarters (1 cup) and put in bowl.
(3.) Cut or chop 1 cup of pecans and put in the bowl.
(4.) Put 1 cup of raisins in the bowl.
(5.) Put 1 cup of coconut in the bowl.
(6.) MIX with hands.
(7.) Pour 1 can of condensed milk in bowl.
(8) Put a splash of lemon juice in the bowl.
(9.) Mix well with clean hands.
(10.) Form in to a small long loaf.
(11.) Have some freezer paper laid out to place loaf on and finish making in to a loaf.
(12.) Roll loaf up in freezer paper and place in refrigerator over night (keep cold).
