"Edie's Molasses Ginger Snaps"
makes 3-4 dozen3/4cup oleo/margerine
1cup sugar
1/4cup molasses
1 egg
2cups flour
1tsp. baking soda
1/4tsp. salt
1tsp. cloves
1tsp. ginger
1tsp. cinnamon
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Roll into small balls. Roll in granulated sugar.
Place wide apart on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
They taste like "home for the holidays".
