Margaret's Cathedral Windows



Cathedral Windows

1 stick margarine or butter
12 ox. chocolate coating
1 pkg. colored miniature marshmallows

Melt oleo & chocolate coating over hot water, cool slightly.
Add small marshmallows. Divide into 2 logs. Roll in nuts or ground almond roca.
Chill overnight. Slice & serve beautiful candies.
(Just spread nuts out on the wax paper or even stir them in the candy before rolling in a log.

This recipe from my sister Mary when she was working for a cake decorating place in Wichita, Kansas many years ago. It has remained a favorite Christmas candy of her daughter Tresa.
